“The small beach was perfect, it was never very crowded. The area is so quiet all you hear from the patio is the waves crashing. It’s located in an area with plenty of restaurants and other lively areas are just a 10-15 minute drive. Also closer to the center of the island so everything is nearly equal distance from the place. Kina was very helpful and attentive, always responded within 1-2 hours max and even provided a welcome guide with helpful information on the area. The apt was very clean and parking was never an issue. Would recommend to any couple.”

“Ce condo idéalement situé dans un site sécurisé est bien localisé pour visiter la Guadeloupe. “Great space. Well located at small resort, with many things to do nearby (beaches, restaurants, etc). We had a short stay, but it seemed like it would be a great option for a family with small kids. Kina was the best AirBnB host I’ve worked with–excellent communications, clear directions, and she has a great visitor book that she sends in advance. We really appreciated the extra touches–a basket of backup sunscreen, dominoes, etc., yummy chocolates on the bed, lots of tourist brochures and excellent WiFi. Nice water view out of the kitchen :)”

“Apartament okazał się znacznie lepszy niż się spodziewaliśmy. Znakomite położenie (cicho, na ogrodzonym terenie hotelu, obok prywatnej plaży), wspaniały widok z balkonu. Na wyposażeniu wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo przydaje się klimatyzacja i pralka. w Apartamencie są 2 łazienki co było pozytywnym zaskoczeniem. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. W połowie pobytu apartament został dokładnie posprzątany, ręczniki i pościel wymienione. Blisko centrum Le Gosier, więc w razie potrzeby można szybko wszytko potrzebne kupić. Jeśli kiedyś wrócę na Gwadelupę, skorzystam z tego samego miejsca.”

“My friends and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! Kina is a wonderful host, and I highly recommend her duplex to anyone visiting Guadeloupe, especially if it’s your first visit. She helped us out a lot by giving us tips and telling us about the area we were staying in. Overall it was an incredibly pleasant experience! The unit was very clean, and the view from the kitchen/patio area was beautiful! The only drawback is that there is not an actual bedroom. The unit has more of a loft area with a large bed and then downstairs there is a pull out couch. This wasn’t uncomfortable for us, but good to keep in mind if traveling with other people and wanting privacy! I would definitely stay here again!”

“Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour chez Kina. Appartement calme, propre, bien équipé et avec une jolie vue sur mer. On adorait passer notre temps sur la terrasse-cuisine à regarder les pélicans, les bateaux, les vagues. Le Gosier se situe près de Point-à-Pître, ce qui était idéal pour mon travail. De plus, il n’est pas loin de la route N4 qui mène, par ex., aux plus jolies plages (Saint-Félix !) et au marché de Sainte-Anne (le jeudi soir). Bilingue, professionnelle, et connaissant bien l’histoire et la politique de la Guadeloupe, Kiné est la propriétaire idéale. Nous retournerons chez elle avec grand plaisir.”

“Kina’s loft apartment is GREAT! I stayed with a friend and we loved it. There is a private beach and a pool. In addition, we had 2 separate, full bathrooms, and a washing machine — a real plus for me!!!!! What is more, since Kina had to be out of town for work, she made arrangements for her brother to greet us and walk us through the dos & don’ts of the space and showed us how everything worked. She was also very attentive, texting frequently from afar to ensure we made it in and had everything we needed once there. The apartment is located in a hotel development, so we were also able to get help/suggestions from the front desk concerning a couple of hard to find places. The facility is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from a popular marina and less than 30 minutes from the famous St. Anne beach. I highly recommend Kina’s duplex and my friend who had never stayed in an Airbnb is a real fan thanks to the great space and efforts of Kina.”

We even had beach towels and nice kitchen off the balcony, from where you can hear the waves and watch moon. Thank you for arranging airport pickup.
